It’s no laughing matter. I’ve seen at least three students, on separate occassions, piss in the hand-dryer, wash their hands in the sanitary bin, and try to dry them under the tap.

I admit that all these ads and the general attitude of pretending to guide people like they are little kids is one of the things that impressed me the most when I moved here.
One of the most memorable was the “don’t drink and fry” ad that I have seen at Foodtown.
Not to mention the instructions on how to wash your hands that can be found in the bathroom of the university.
